At Hedef500, we aim to provide professional and transparent consultancy, company setup, and advisory services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

1. General Policy

All fees paid to Hedef500 are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Our services involve professional time, expertise, documentation, and coordination with third parties. Once a service has commenced, costs are incurred regardless of the final outcome.

2. Consultancy Services

Fees paid for consultancy services are non-refundable once the consultation, advisory session, or related work has started
No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction based on expectations, outcomes, or business decisions made by the client

3. Company Setup & Registration Services

Government fees, licensing charges, visa fees, and third-party costs are strictly non-refundable
Service fees are non-refundable once applications, documentation, or submissions have been initiated
Delays or rejections caused by regulatory authorities, policy changes, or incomplete client information do not qualify for refunds

4. Real Estate & Advisory Services

Advisory and assistance fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered or initiated
Property decisions, approvals, or third-party outcomes are outside the control of Hedef500 and do not qualify for refunds

5. Client-Initiated Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel services after work has begun, no refund will be issued for services already rendered or costs incurred.

Any exception must be approved in writing by Hedef500 management.

6. Exceptions

Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Hedef500 and only where explicitly agreed in writing prior to service commencement.

Verbal assurances or assumptions do not constitute a refund agreement.

7. Payment Disputes

Any concerns regarding payments or services must be raised in writing within a reasonable time frame. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services.

8. Policy Updates

Hedef500 reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective once published on this page.
